Partner Program

Bring an enterprise-grade TMS to your market — under your own brand

NiuInfo partners with regional IT service firms, logistics consultancies, and supply-chain technology companies to take NiuX TMS to market across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Three partner tiers — from Authorized Reseller to Strategic Partner with source-code license and territorial exclusivity.

Why partner with NiuInfo

The program is designed around your P&L — not ours.

You keep the client relationship

We stand behind the platform, you stand in front of the customer. No bypass, no competing sales motion. Your brand, your trust equity, your upsell path.

Source code, not a black box

At Strategic Partner tier you receive the full source code under a territorially-scoped license agreement. Localize, extend, and differentiate for your market — with legal protection backing the commercial arrangement.

High-margin implementation & services

Enterprise TMS is a services-rich business. Partners typically capture the majority of deal value through deployment, integration, and ongoing configuration — not licenses alone. License margins are structured to reflect this.

Territory protection where it matters

Gold Partners operate under defined regional exclusivity; Strategic Partners receive country-level or vertical-level exclusivity backed by a formal agreement. We treat territory seriously — first qualified partner in a market gets priority.

Full enablement, not just a reseller portal

Structured training on product, architecture, delivery methodology, and sales plays — delivered remotely first and followed by on-site engineering enablement at Strategic Partner tier.

Co-sell with a reference book behind you

NiuInfo joins your enterprise RFPs when useful, brings Fortune 500 cross-border and heavy-industry references, and backs you through the evaluation. You're not pitching a Chinese product into an unfamiliar market alone.

Three tiers, clear scopes

Start where your delivery maturity is today — and grow on a clear ladder. Each tier specifies what you commit, what you receive, and how NiuInfo supports you.

Partner FAQ

The questions you actually want answered before the first call.

What if my client needs features that are not in the standard product?

At Gold Partner tier, most customizations are handled through the platform's engines — rule engine, form engine, process engine, billing engine — without patching the core. For deeper changes, Strategic Partners with source-code access extend the platform directly under their territorial license. Other tiers escalate through a defined product request path with a committed response time.

How is source-code protection enforced?

First, the commitment to the partner: a NiuInfo Source Code License delivers the complete source tree — dispatch / VRP optimization, rule engine, form engine, process engine, billing, and integration services are all handed over at source level to the named licensee. Nothing is withheld, substituted by encrypted libraries, or held back as 'engine as a service'. The protection is aimed at external misuse, not at the partner. Three layers: (1) Legal — a Source Code License Agreement drafted by international counsel, defining a named licensee, a territorial scope, and prohibiting any transfer to third parties, with meaningful damage clauses. (2) Delivery — source is released to a designated build environment with an audit trail of who accessed what, so downstream leakage can be traced. (3) Commercial — annual upgrade and technical support alignment keeps partners connected to the NiuInfo engineering roadmap, so staying on the mainline is strictly more valuable than forking away.

How do you handle support escalation?

Tier-1 support stays with you — closest to the customer. NiuInfo provides Tier-2 and Tier-3 under a documented SLA, with shared tooling so escalations don't get lost between vendors. For Strategic Partners, direct engineering-to-engineering channels are established.

Can I white-label the product?

White-labeling is available to Strategic Partners under specific terms — usually combined with territorial exclusivity and source-code license. Other tiers benefit from co-branding and deep localization rather than full rebranding.

What is the commercial model?

A combination of license margin and services revenue. Exact numbers depend on tier, region, and volume commitment — we discuss transparently in the first qualification call. Enterprise / Flagship License partners typically capture most deal value through implementation and ongoing services. Strategic Partners own their market's P&L inside the territorial scope.

Which markets do you have capacity for in 2026?

First priority: Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia). Active: Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia) and Latin America (Mexico, Brazil). Selective: Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Poland) and North America, where we onboard through trade shows and introductions. We treat exclusivity seriously — earlier conversations matter.
